Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and supporting test assets for applications, integrations, and security technology solutions.
- Plan and perform functional, regression, integration, non-functional, automated, and manual testing while mapping coverage to requirements.
- Analyze test results, document and verify defects, report delivery risks, and assess test environments, test data, defect trends, and readiness.
- Provide guidance on automation design, test execution strategy, defect analysis, maintainability, and quality risk mitigation.
- Develop and improve QA automation standards, reusable frameworks, coding practices, procedures, test assets, and testing processes.
- Coordinate assigned test automation and acceptance activities, report progress, and support QA architects and leads.
- Contribute to project reviews, corrective actions, process improvements, corporate testing standards, and compliance documentation.
- Support onboarding and collaborate with IT services, solution functions, project stakeholders, and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT environment, including hands-on quality assurance, test automation, software delivery, enterprise application delivery, Information Security, infrastructure, or integrated technology solutions.
- Experience developing automated test scripts, regression test suites, test cases, defect management processes, and automation frameworks.
- Experience participating in software delivery projects and coordinating testing across business, technical, and delivery stakeholders.
- Experience supporting testing in Agile, iterative, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Proficiency in QA automation tools, automated regression testing, test design techniques, and security-aware testing practices.
- Experience or familiarity with Selenium, Robot Framework, Azure DevOps, scripting, test data management, environment coordination, and defect lifecycle management tools.
- Experience with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS.
- Knowledge of risk assessment and management practices and regulatory, audit, and evidence requirements affecting Information Security QA.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and independent-working skills; automation guidance experience is preferred, while formal people management is not required.
