Responsibilities
- Own the overall Salesforce architecture, platform strategy, roadmap, governance, and development standards.
- Design, implement, optimize, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions for business needs.
- Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration and development using workflows, flows, automation, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Manage Salesforce security, sharing models, profiles, permission sets, data management, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Partner with administrators, business stakeholders, executive leadership, and a Business Analyst to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal team members.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of Salesforce experience and 3+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration and development experience, including enterprise-scale solution design and implementation.
- Expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, profiles, permission sets, and governance.
- Experience leading Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap discussions.
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and executive leadership, with strong communication and documentation skills.
- Salesforce Architect certifications, Experience Cloud experience, enterprise-platform integration experience, transformation or modernization leadership, consulting or client-facing experience, and experience supporting growing organizations are preferred.
