Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and enhance custom software components and applications using SAP ABAP for HANA.
- Implement custom SAP enhancements and reports tailored to business requirements.
- Optimize code and software components for performance and reliability in HANA database systems.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Document development processes and solutions for knowledge sharing and maintenance.
- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Work independently toward becoming a subject-matter expert.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA is required.
- Experience designing and implementing custom enhancements and reports within SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to optimize code for performance in HANA database systems.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex software issues.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
