Responsibilities
- Fine-tune LLMs and audio models for optimal performance.
- Build datasets and define metrics to evaluate model performance.
- Collaborate with engineering to deploy models and monitor their performance.
- Create scalable pipelines for human feedback and model evaluation.
- Design and maintain ML infrastructure for experimentation and deployment.
Requirements
- Experience in training and deploying models in production.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern ML tools.
- Ability to work quickly and take ownership of projects.
- Adaptability to fast-changing priorities in a startup environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
