Base Salary
$225k - $325k/yr
Responsibilities
- Fine-tune large language models and audio models for speed, accuracy, and production readiness.
- Build datasets, metrics, benchmarks, and evaluation processes for voice AI tasks.
- Deploy models to high-traffic, latency-sensitive production systems and monitor their performance.
- Create scalable pipelines for structured human feedback and subjective quality evaluation.
- Design and maintain ML infrastructure for experimentation, training, and continuous deployment.
- Shape the company’s machine learning strategy alongside the founding team.
Requirements
- Experience training and shipping machine learning models in production.
- Experience with LLMs or audio models is a bonus.
- Fluency in Python, PyTorch, and modern machine learning tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving startup environment and collaborate across functions.
