Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end attribution and signals system and drive technical decisions and best practices.
- Implement and improve attribution models using AppsFlyer, GA4, and custom server-side systems.
- Design and maintain server-to-server integrations with Meta, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Monitor, test, and debug discrepancies between internal data and advertising platforms.
- Improve attribution accuracy and signal quality through custom pipelines, experimentation, monitoring, and debugging.
- Own the platform’s long-term architecture and prioritization while balancing business impact, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of attribution and tracking mechanisms, including pixels, UTMs, ID-based matching, MMPs, SRN, SKAN, and W2A.
- Experience enriching and sending mobile-app signals to advertising networks, including Meta CAPI, TikTok CAPI, and Google Ads API.
- Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and serverless environments.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency in backend technologies such as TypeScript, Python, and Go.
- Experience working in fast-growing, product-led organizations and balancing speed, scalability, and reliability in ambiguous environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, product-thinking, communication, and autonomous ownership skills.
- Good spoken and written English and the ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams.
