Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own product- and team-level solution design and delivery architecture within a value stream.
- Design and document application, integration, data, and infrastructure architectures.
- Partner with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Enterprise Architecture, and platform teams on roadmaps, MVP scope, technical trade-offs, and enterprise capability reuse.
- Lead proofs of concept, resolve technical dependencies and delivery impediments, and provide hands-on guidance on design quality, code structure, and technical approaches.
- Ensure solutions meet Guardian architecture standards, security requirements, scalability, and resilience expectations.
- Mentor engineers on architecture principles and problem-solving techniques.
- Reduce technical debt, simplify designs, improve delivery efficiency, and support major-impact production incidents.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, data integration, modern application architectures, and cloud provider services.
- Experience designing hybrid architectures spanning on-premises and public cloud environments.
- Experience collaborating in Agile or product-based delivery models.
- Proven experience architecting large-scale, business-critical systems in the Insurance domain.
- Good understanding of GenAI frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to balance speed, quality, risk, and long-term sustainability in technical decisions.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to business and delivery stakeholders.
- Experience producing product-level and team-level technical design documentation.
