Base Salary

$104k - $218k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop evaluation and test plans, procedures, T&E strategies, master plans, event test plans, test readiness assessments, and T&E reports.
  • Plan and execute performance analysis and performance data collection.
  • Specify, validate, and adapt modeling and simulation for testing and engineering use.
  • Apply statistical analysis to performance variations and characterize confidence in performance estimates.
  • Execute evaluation plans using data collected by testing tasks.
  • Plan and program event-level testing to collect analysis data and synchronize T&E events with decision points.
  • Establish and employ data and configuration management capabilities.
  • Produce evaluation plans, analysis plans, data requirements, risk assessments, evaluation reports, and status reports.
  • Provide input to government T&E products and validate development and maintenance activities with software, systems, platform, administration, and test engineers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 2–8 years of testing experience; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
  • Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
  • Current IAT Level II certification, such as Security+, is required.
  • 1–3 years of experience testing products written in Java or GoLang.
  • 1–5 years of experience testing in Linux, Unix, Windows, or Cisco OS.
  • Experience in at least one of the following: Public Key Enabling, RESTful services and containers, Java, Perl, Java EE, SSL and file encryption, LDAP, Linux/CentOS, modern IDEs, or Agile Scrum.
  • Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ActiveMQ, Artemis, or Kafka is preferred.
