Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop business software solutions for complex and large-scale projects across the full software development lifecycle.
- Perform object and data modeling, database design, programming, testing, quality assurance, and implementation support.
- Lead application architecture planning, system partitioning, framework design, and solution scalability and maintainability decisions.
- Create system narratives, storyboards, user interface prototypes, detailed design specifications, test plans, project estimates, and resource plans.
- Lead technical project teams, coordinate resources, monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and report status to management.
- Collaborate with business and project teams to gather requirements and ensure business goals and design objectives are met.
- Coach and mentor junior team members and conduct effective code reviews.
- Develop applications according to coding standards and deliver solutions in an Agile, CI/CD environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of software development experience, or 11 years of software development experience without the degree.
- Expertise developing applications and advanced knowledge of object-oriented design and programming techniques.
- Proven track record leading application development projects and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others.
- Advanced knowledge of the product lifecycle and methodology or framework practices.
- Experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET MVC, RESTful Web Services, and SQL Server.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask, communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership, solve problems creatively, and manage changing business priorities.
- Ability to perform code reviews and recommend automated review tools.
- Preferred experience includes MongoDB, Azure DevOps, SOLR, Elastic Search, Python, Spark, machine learning techniques, Linux, Windows, Azure, Kubernetes, and system performance optimization.
