Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality software through design, coding, testing, and documentation, independently or with the team.
- Test-drive and implement complex features in a timely manner.
- Review team code, suggest improvements, and refactor existing code to improve quality.
- Collaborate with architects to review and propose architectural design changes and ensure quality implementation.
- Work with business analysts to estimate complexity and workload, select technical solutions, and refine requirements into working software.
- Interact constructively with other IT teams.
- Provide technical recommendations and solve complex technical problems.
Requirements
- 9–12 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications using Microsoft technologies.
- Strong working knowledge of .NET web application development, C#, design patterns, SOLID principles, object-oriented programming, and object-oriented design.
- Experience with at least one service-oriented architecture project and strong experience designing and working with n-tier architecture.
- Experience with TDD, BDD, UML, agile practices, and preferably Scrum.
- Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, MVC, WCF, WebAPI, nUnit or MsUnit, and Entity Framework.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, Angular 2 or above, Jasmine, HTML5, CSS3, Microsoft SQL databases, and PowerShell.
- Experience with or familiarity with ESB or MSMQ, unit-testing frameworks, UI-testing frameworks, and WPF is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong analytical problem-solving ability, attention to detail, communication skills, flexibility, self-motivation, and ability to work as part of a team.
