Responsibilities
- Develop scalable and effective machine-learning models for ad-related business problems.
- Run regular A/B experiments and perform statistical analysis.
- Collaborate with software engineers and ML engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Enhance the scalability and efficiency of ML-driven ad serving systems.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to plan and drive the ML strategy.
Requirements
- Experience in a tech lead role delivering large cross-functional projects.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art technology and frameworks for modeling.
- Experience in large-scale machine learning and low-latency systems.
- Proficiency in developing deep learning algorithms, especially for computer vision.
- Strong understanding of regression, classification, and NLP approaches.
- Ability to independently start as the inaugural Ad Serving team hire.
- AI growth mindset.
- Publications in top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals are preferred.
- Experience in advertising or adjacent domains is preferred.
- PhD in a relevant field is preferred.
