Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end technology architectures integrating applications, data, infrastructure, and integrations.
- Define architecture guidelines, standards, governance practices, and enterprise architecture models aligned with business objectives.
- Lead technology transformation initiatives and migration programs to Microsoft Azure and other cloud environments.
- Design scalable, resilient, secure, API-oriented, and distributed solutions using modern architecture patterns.
- Evaluate technology alternatives and recommend architectures that maximize business value.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to support effective solution implementation.
- Promote continuous improvement, DevOps practices, automation, and modern architecture adoption.
- Manage multiple transformation initiatives and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Systems Engineering or a related field.
- More than five years of experience in technology roles, technical leadership, or project management.
- At least two years of experience as a Solutions Architect.
- Experience designing and governing enterprise architectures and defining technology governance guidelines.
- Experience leading cloud migration initiatives and designing cloud architectures on Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS cloud service models.
- Experience designing modern API-oriented architectures and applying scalability, resilience, and maintainability patterns.
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Knowledge of Scrum and SAFe agile methodologies.
- Ability to interact effectively with business and technology stakeholders and manage multiple transformation initiatives.
- Preferred: experience with technology modernization programs, Journey to Cloud, DevOps practices, automation, hybrid or distributed architectures, Azure or enterprise architecture certifications, and highly complex corporate environments.
