Base Salary
$133k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build features and enhancements for global ticketing platforms.
- Provide day-to-day technical and design guidance to the development team.
- Optimize user experience and application performance for large traffic spikes.
- Write and present RFCs describing technical approaches for complex features.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, business analysts, product managers, and project managers.
- Prepare for and support weekly production releases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues during incidents.
- Mentor junior developers and guide technical training and career development.
- Perform code reviews and check code for security vulnerabilities, best practices, defects, and test coverage.
- Resolve support requests and urgent client requests in coordination with Engineering and Product staff.
- Develop consistent, well-tested code using open-source programming languages and frameworks.
- Work with third parties to deliver integrated customer and fan experiences.
Requirements
- At least six years of relevant hands-on coding experience.
- Strong experience with Micro Frontends and Module Federation.
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience building single-page applications and mobile-responsive user interfaces.
- Experience with open-source technologies such as React.
- Experience with Git.
- Experience leading, developing, and mentoring staff.
- Ability to drive process and tooling improvements at the organizational level.
- Deep domain expertise and ability to serve as a go-to engineer in a specific area.
- Preferred experience with C#, .NET Core, AWS, Terraform, Docker, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and AWS DynamoDB.
- Preferred experience building large-scale, high-performance transactional systems and platforms.
- Experience in ticketing, inventory management systems, or e-commerce is preferred.
