Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
- Implement and manage Terraform infrastructure as code for automated cloud provisioning and environment management.
- Develop Python automation and platform services supporting enterprise cloud and data platforms.
- Design and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps processes.
- Support data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, monitoring, reliability, troubleshooting, governance, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, Security teams, Platform Teams, and Product Owners to deliver enterprise data platform capabilities.
- Mentor team members and promote platform modernization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience.
- Proven experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer, or in a similar cloud infrastructure role.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native application and platform deployments.
- Demonstrated experience implementing Terraform infrastructure as code for automated provisioning and environment management.
- Extensive experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps processes using Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and automation in enterprise-scale cloud and data platform environments.
- Preferred: hands-on Azure Databricks experience and knowledge of modern cloud-based data platform ecosystems.
- Preferred: experience with Agile and DevOps delivery frameworks and cross-functional collaboration.
- Preferred: understanding of cloud security, governance, compliance, scalability, high availability, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
