Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and performance management projects involving OneStream and Oracle EPM.
- Design and develop scalable software and EPM solutions, including determining feasibility and translating business requirements into functional requirements.
- Lead solution design and development teams and provide coaching and technical guidance to software engineers.
- Manage and optimize OneStream infrastructure, including environment management, application performance, upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.
- Lead OneStream implementations and integrations with data lake systems, SQL Server, S/4HANA, Power BI, and other systems.
- Ensure compliance with Thomson Reuters security standards and maintain application governance across OneStream environments.
- Drive automation initiatives for infrastructure, governance, and related operational processes.
- Own development and rollout for large products or projects, including schedules, priorities, test plans, status reporting, and delivery commitments.
- Provide specialist advice to middle and senior management and contribute to business unit strategy and technology transformation recommendations.
- Develop relationships with internal and external customers, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify future needs and improve workflows.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience working with enterprise performance management solution implementation and delivery.
- Hands-on experience with OneStream and Hyperion.
- Experience with end-to-end OneStream platform implementation and significant exposure to managing OneStream infrastructure.
- Experience designing and architecting optimal, scalable solutions.
- Experience managing OneStream infrastructure, environment management, and application performance.
- Experience ensuring OneStream compliance with security standards and maintaining governance across environments.
- Experience with data integration methodologies connecting OneStream to data lake systems, SQL Server, S/4HANA, Power BI, and other systems.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of data and collection processes supporting analysis.
- Hands-on experience with planning, forecasting, and month-end processes.
- Ability to serve others, collaborate effectively, work independently, solve problems, and demonstrate technical excellence.
- Gen AI, Sensible ML, and additional reporting experience are preferred.
