Responsibilities
- Lead development of complex software solutions aligned with architectural direction and business objectives.
- Design large-scale system components for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Partner with product managers and cross-functional leaders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Guide engineering best practices, code standards, and performance tuning across teams.
- Mentor and coach engineers at all levels.
- Investigate system-wide issues and drive root-cause analysis and resolution strategies.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience designing and delivering distributed systems and large-scale applications.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude and Copilot.
- Proficiency in cloud-native development, containerization, and modern development tools and frameworks.
- Strong skills in system performance, scalability, fault tolerance, and observability.
- Ability to lead by example, mentor peers, and drive engineering excellence.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
