Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead technical initiatives that improve application stability, performance, and technical quality.
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality, scalable web applications.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Write clean, reusable, and testable code using design patterns and architectural principles.
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and participate in technical discussions.
- Resolve complex technical challenges and improve application performance.
- Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence.
Requirements
- 5-6+ years of experience in web development with a strong focus on frontend technologies.
- Experience with Capacitor or Cordova web-native app runtimes.
- Experience delivering and maintaining large-scale, multi-team applications.
- Experience working with a micro-frontend application stack.
- Advanced proficiency in React.js and strong understanding of its core principles.
- Expertise in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS frameworks such as Tailwind and Sass.
- Experience with Redux or Context API for state management.
- Familiarity with Webpack, Vite, or Rollup and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and WebSocket integration.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
