Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the artifact lifecycle system governing movement between AI-assisted development stages.
- Design schemas and traceability standards connecting requirements, use cases, and implementation.
- Author and maintain AI agent instructions, skills, lifecycle rules, validators, and quality gates.
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate or support development-lifecycle steps.
- Write Python and Bash automation to enforce schema and quality gates.
- Measure and score AI output quality and build structured feedback loops for continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product, UX, and Engineering stakeholders on shared standards and handoffs.
- Build and operate integrations between agents and project management or external systems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience building production software or internal platforms such as APIs, workflow engines, developer tooling, or automation systems.
- Hands-on experience designing agent instructions, prompt systems, or LLM-backed workflows.
- Experience with spec-driven or artifact-lifecycle systems integrating AI into development.
- Experience building and deploying production AI agents, including agent architectures and orchestration patterns.
- Experience or interest in testing, rubrics, evaluation datasets, LLM-as-judge approaches, and AI-workflow observability.
- Experience designing structured data contracts with JSON Schema, YAML, or similar formats.
- Strong Python scripting and automation ability.
- Hands-on experience with agent development kits and platforms such as Claude Agent SDK, Google ADK, LangChain/LangGraph, or CrewAI.
- Familiarity with agentic coding platforms and cloud agent platforms such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Gemini.
- Git literacy, including branching, pull-request workflows, and coordinating cross-repository changes.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar automation platforms.
- Ability to build and operate agentic or automation integrations with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Monday.
- Familiarity with tool-integration protocols such as MCP and CLI-based tooling.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex AI concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Ability to collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering stakeholders and translate between domain expertise and technical constraints.
