Responsibilities
- Build and scale full-stack solutions spanning customer-facing UIs, backend services, databases, and cross-layer interactions.
- Lead end-to-end feature design and delivery with emphasis on high-performance ASP.NET Core services.
- Architect secure APIs integrating with EMRs, imaging partners, and AI services.
- Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and design sessions.
- Collaborate with product, design, and clinical teams to create desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.
- Define automated testing strategies and champion CI/CD and DevOps practices in Azure.
- Drive engineering improvements in code quality, performance, observability, technical roadmaps, and development planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Production full-stack experience with ownership of modern frontend and backend systems.
- Experience designing microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, data models, and domain boundaries.
- Experience deploying and operating workloads in Azure or AWS/GCP using infrastructure as code, containerization, pipelines, and monitoring.
- Deep experience with SQL Server.
- Proficiency with automated testing using xUnit, NUnit, Jest, or Playwright.
- Proven experience mentoring engineers, leading projects, and influencing engineering strategy.
- Strong written and verbal communication and effective collaboration in a cross-functional Agile environment.
- Preferred experience with DICOM, HL7/FHIR, healthcare security and compliance, HIPAA, SOC 2, responsive design, PWAs, accessibility, Python, GCP, or FastAPI.
