Responsibilities

Build and ship production AI and software systems with measurable commercial impact.
Develop solutions for dynamic pricing, margin optimization, agentic procurement, customer journey automation, content and SEO infrastructure, predictive demand and inventory, and internal tooling.
Identify opportunities for AI solutions independently and take them from rough idea through production deployment.
Evaluate the business value and real-world performance of shipped systems after launch.
Work directly with the founding team with high autonomy and limited process.

Hands-on production experience building and shipping real AI or software systems used by real users.
Solid fluency in LLMs, agentic workflows, and modern AI infrastructure.
Strong commercial instinct and ability to reason about revenue, cost, and business impact before implementation.
Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous, loosely specified environments.
Comfort working full-time on-site in Rotterdam five days per week.
Demonstrated history of independently identifying and building useful AI or software solutions, including side projects or self-directed initiatives.
