Responsibilities

Build and ship AI-powered products used by HelloPrint customers and colleagues from the first week.
Develop agentic commerce experiences that allow customers to discover and order products through AI assistants.
Build AI design tools that generate print-ready designs from natural-language prompts.
Create AI-first customer-service agents that resolve questions, check artwork, and handle orders end to end.
Automate finance, purchasing, pricing, and operations work with internal agent swarms.
Identify promising ideas, pitch them, and build them through rapid cycles of shipping, measuring, and iteration.
Work closely with founders, senior engineers, and business leads while taking ownership of project outcomes.

Demonstrated proof of work such as a live product, repository, demo, app, agent, bot, tool, side business, open-source contribution, or experiment.
Solid backend and software fundamentals, including Python, APIs, and databases, or the ability to learn them within weeks.
Regular hands-on use of AI tools, agents, and APIs, with curiosity about new model releases and technologies.
Strong ownership, critical thinking, learning speed, attention to detail, and willingness to act on feedback.
Clear written and spoken English communication.
No degree, minimum age, years of experience, or perfect CV is required.
