Responsibilities
- Lead technical streams for Guidewire implementation projects.
- Plan and monitor project deliverables and provide regular status reports.
- Coordinate with onsite coordinators and customer representatives.
- Mentor project resources and support training and performance management.
- Build a quality culture, foster teamwork, and participate in people initiatives.
- Travel to customer locations as needed.
Requirements
- BE, BTech, or MCA with 3 to 7 years of industry experience.
- Demonstrable experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration.
- Experience in Property & Casualty insurance and Commercial Lines of Business.
- Experience with ISO Standard Based Templates for Commercial Lines.
- Experience with Java 5+, JEE, XML, Axis 2 web services, SQL, and ANT.
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and enterprise messaging systems.
- Strong knowledge of Tomcat and/or WebSphere or WebLogic.
- Experience with enterprise system integration, preferably in the insurance domain.
- Understanding of software development best practices.
- Excellent business communication and leadership skills.
- Prior client-facing experience.
- Guidewire implementation or upgrade experience in the insurance sector is preferred.
