Responsibilities
- Define scalable, reliable, and manageable enterprise integration architectures for new deals and major change requests.
- Analyze applications, exchange points, data formats, connectivity requirements, technology environments, and client requirements to create integration solution designs.
- Provide technical leadership and design assurance for the development and implementation of integration solutions.
- Document integration architectures, patterns, standards, best practices, processes, and related artifacts.
- Evaluate integration products and solutions, identify risks and tradeoffs, and recommend target-state architectures.
- Support delivery teams with integration frameworks, metrics, quality assurance, risk mitigation, and technical issue resolution.
- Collaborate with sales, program, project, consulting, client, and IT teams to reconcile requirements and deliver solutions.
- Present solution designs to clients and support pre-sales activities to help win new business.
- Develop proofs of concept, case studies, demos, white papers, blogs, and thought-leadership content.
- Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects and contribute to interviews, training, certifications, and team capability development.
- Support team resourcing, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and talent management.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in integration architecture.
- Mandatory skill in Integration Architecture.
- Ability to design and assure enterprise integration solutions across logical, deployment, and data views.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, perform root cause analysis, identify implementation risks, and develop mitigation plans.
- Ability to communicate solution designs and provide trusted technical advice to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to support pre-sales proposals, proofs of concept, demonstrations, and thought leadership.
- Ability to mentor technical team members and contribute to hiring, training, and performance management.
- Completion of relevant training and certifications on integration middleware.
