Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integration engineering from architecture to code implementation.
- Communicate technical concepts and manage user expectations.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for clients' technical teams.
- Collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams to drive client engagement.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to identify enhancements.
- Provide technical support and debugging for user integrations.
- Lead 'Hands On Keyboard' implementations for user engagements.
- Review and optimize existing user integrations for performance.
- Build tools and analytics to support user business reviews.
- Develop reusable processes for the Professional Services team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Integration Engineering.
- Ability to write and debug code in languages like Go, Java, or C/C++.
- Comfortable with code-level debugging and problem-solving.
- Strong technical experience, including proficiency in SQL.
- Understanding of the payments domain and API security.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and Stripe's functionality.
- User-first approach with empathy for client needs.
- Confidence in leading strategic technical conversations.
