Responsibilities
- Own and build features/services relied upon by hundreds of thousands of customers.
- Craft a highly-scalable campaign pipeline for processing and delivering messages.
- Collaborate with teams on designs, implementations, and engineering practices.

- Improve experimentation and development processes while mentoring other engineers.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on complex systems.
- Experience in large-scale system architecture and understanding of trade-offs.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to performance and scalability issues.
- Data-driven mindset with familiarity in system monitoring and alerting.
- Proven coaching and mentoring experience for team members.
- Ability to work in small, high-performing agile teams.
