Responsibilities
- Advise AppleCare leadership and business and engineering partners on support systems, contact delivery infrastructure, and technology strategy.
- Lead, design, and architect infrastructure technology projects involving contact center and CRM systems, networks, data warehouses, and enterprise architectures.
- Design and support enterprise applications in highly available cloud environments.
- Lead large-scale migrations from on-premises systems to cloud platforms, third-party systems to in-house solutions, and refreshed architectures.
- Drive continuous system improvements, optimization, and technology transformation initiatives.
- Apply trend analysis, agentic workflows, artificial intelligence, and machine learning technologies to improve systems and operations.
- Automate tasks and support analytics, monitoring, contact delivery, skills-based routing, network, and enterprise VoIP infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading, designing, or architecting infrastructure technology projects.
- Experience designing or supporting enterprise applications in highly available cloud environments.
- Experience with large-scale integrated technology migrations.
- Experience with agentic workflows, artificial intelligence, and machine learning technologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, project management, communication, and partner relationship skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred experience with Python, Perl, shell, or other automation tools.
- Preferred experience with SQL, Splunk, Grafana, monitoring systems, Genesys, skills-based routing, TCP/IP, DNS, routing, WebRTC, SIP, and enterprise-scale telephony infrastructure.
