Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of innovative software solutions for digital transformation.
- Manage and guide teams applying software engineering principles to improve business performance.
- Use Java, Python, and C++ to create and test applications.
- Oversee the integration of cloud-based solutions within AWS environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze software development requirements.
- Implement continuous integration and delivery practices to streamline software deployment.
- Direct the architecture and development of scalable microservices and enterprise applications.
- Promote agile methodologies and rapid experimentation.
- Validate software quality through testing and debugging.
- Coach and mentor team members in technical and professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
- At least 6 years of experience is required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English is required.
- Experience leveraging influence in AWS native development and testing is valued.
- Experience in cloud engineering and data analytics, systems thinking, client outcome validation, strategic questioning, storytelling, and leading teams through complex situations is valued.
