Base Salary
$262k - $364k/yr
Responsibilities
- Automate ad creation while maintaining oversight of advertiser constraints and return on investment.
- Drive product adoption through quality, extraction, data modeling, and data-driven execution.
- Build scalable end-to-end infrastructure meeting tight latency and freshness constraints.
- Collaborate with prediction, auction, data-flow, and other partner teams to identify solutions.
- Set roadmaps, goals, and cross-team Objectives and Key Results while taking on technical leadership responsibilities.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions for Search Ads creatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages and with data structures and algorithms.
- 8 years of experience with ML/AI algorithms and tools, deep learning, or other AI/ML modeling.
- 8 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and 5 years of software design and architecture experience.
- 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy, ML design, and ML infrastructure optimization, including model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, and fine-tuning.
- 2 years of experience with GenAI techniques or related concepts such as LLMs, multimodal systems, large vision models, language modeling, or computer vision.
- Preferred: PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience with GenAI model fine-tuning, large language model building, product enablement, and applying GenAI and ML to real-world content problems.
- Preferred: familiarity with Search/Ads infrastructure, auction mechanics, generative AI models, and statistical methods.
