Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to maintain engineering best practices.
- Contribute to and update documentation or educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing their sources and operational impact.
- Design and implement solutions in specialized machine learning areas using ML infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- At least 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- At least 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure, including areas such as model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, or debugging.
- At least 3 years of experience building and productionizing machine learning models, including deep learning or reinforcement learning experience.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience with ML frameworks and production ML platforms, large-scale data processing, distributed systems, online advertising systems, creative optimization, personalization, or recommender systems.
