Responsibilities
- Pair with teammates to write clean, iterative code using TDD, SOLID principles, object-oriented design, and pair programming.
- Use continuous delivery practices to improve software delivery speed.
- Collaborate in product-focused teams to build customer experiences and solve client business problems.
- Apply current technology practices from Thoughtworks’ Technology Radar to client challenges.
- Work with teammates and clients across a variety of industries and projects.
Requirements
- Have less than one year of professional experience working as a developer.
- Understand software analysis, design, coding, and object-oriented concepts.
- Python experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate collaboration, learning, knowledge sharing, adaptability, and a commitment to solving business problems.
