Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flows, and related technologies.
- Build and optimize Agentforce agents, prompts, workflows, AI-powered applications, RAG architectures, and enterprise integrations.
- Implement API-first integrations and responsible AI governance.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, automated testing, and deployment frameworks.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical design, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce and AI solutions.
- Mentor development team members and evaluate emerging Salesforce and AI technologies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience; 10 or more years of overall IT experience is preferred.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Node.js, Salesforce Flows, integrations, and security architecture.
- Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, prompt engineering, and AI agent development.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I, and Agentforce Specialist certifications are required.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
