Base Salary
$90k - $105k/yr
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and investigate complex customer CI/CD scenarios and provide solutions.
- Develop Bash, Python, and Groovy scripts for debugging and automation.
- Set up JFrog applications and third-party products in development environments.
- Analyze log files, thread dumps, HTTP traffic, JVM parameters, and operating-system parameters.
- Reproduce customer scenarios and document relevant bugs and feature requests.
- Maintain and improve a knowledge base of known issues and solutions.
- Collaborate with JFrog R&D, QA, Release, and Sales teams.
- Work flexible hours and weekends when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related area, plus two years or similar experience.
- Three to five or more years of customer-facing experience.
- Ability to manage complex, escalated cases involving multiple architectures and platforms.
- Mandatory experience with Linux and strong technical software-debugging skills.
- Understanding of Java or another compiled language.
- Knowledge or experience with databases, LDAP, Apache HTTPS, and Apache Tomcat is advantageous.
- Experience with networking and reverse proxies such as nginx or httpd is advantageous.
- DevOps industry experience is advantageous.
- Spanish-speaking skills are preferred.
