Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end customer solutions while balancing security, scalability, reliability, performance, cost, and operational efficiency.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to technical, business, and executive stakeholders and connect architecture decisions to business outcomes.
- Evaluate customer architectures, identify risks and modernization opportunities, and deliver actionable remediation guidance and roadmaps.
- Build and validate proof-of-concepts, prototypes, reference implementations, infrastructure, and tested deployments in sandbox and customer non-production environments.
- Partner with sales, business development, professional services, support, product and engineering teams, and external partners to advance adoption and launch.
- Create reusable code, tooling, reference architectures, workshops, white papers, blog posts, and presentations.
- Mentor practitioners, lead design reviews, transfer knowledge, improve team processes, and recruit technical talent.
- Translate customer evidence into actionable product and engineering feedback and represent the organization at industry events and customer forums.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructures.
- Bachelor's degree or a relevant cloud technology certification, such as Solutions Architecture, Cloud Security Professional, or Cloud DevOps Engineering.
- Experience with at least one modern programming language, such as Python, Java, or TypeScript, and ability to work across additional languages as needed.
- Experience owning sustained technical advisory relationships with customers that led to expanded workloads and deeper engagement.
- Ability to independently advise on architecture and design, build working code and infrastructure-as-code solutions, and diagnose complex cross-system issues.
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders or clients.
- Experience defining technical approaches when multiple valid paths compete and no established pattern applies.
- Preferred experience in pre-sales or customer-facing technical advisory work embedded in sales or account teams.
- Preferred track record of producing reusable technical work, resolving contentious technical issues, synthesizing customer patterns into product feedback, and leading account technical strategy.
- Preferred hands-on proficiency with AI/ML in production environments, including agentic architectures, RAG pipelines, foundation model integration, or AI-augmented development workflows.
- Relevant technology certifications are preferred.
