Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality Android applications.
- Translate design specifications and client requirements into functional, user-friendly Android features.
- Improve application performance, usability, reliability, and stability.
- Participate in the full mobile development lifecycle from concept and design through testing and deployment.
- Apply coding best practices, SOLID principles, and design patterns such as MVVM.
- Monitor industry trends and propose innovative mobile and user experience improvements.
- Take ownership of the end product by proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to align development with business goals.
- Mentor and support junior developers in a collaborative knowledge-sharing environment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Android development.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Solid understanding of Android frameworks and the full mobile development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with SOLID principles and MVVM design patterns.
- Kotlin Multiplatform experience is a plus.
- Previous Java experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, independent working, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English and a proactive interest in current mobile and UX technologies.
