Responsibilities

  • Translate business strategy into technical visions and non-functional requirements for performance, reliability, and cost.
  • Lead client and leadership workshops covering technical feasibility, project scope, and expectations.
  • Evaluate AI platform and foundation-model build-versus-buy decisions, including Arize and LangSmith.
  • Architect multi-agent systems, the MCP Control Plane, Agent Registry, AI Gateway, certification gates, and core agent services.
  • Design AI data pipelines, context layers, knowledge graphs, vector search, semantic retrieval, and reliable RAG pipelines.
  • Architect model adaptation, dynamic model routing, high-throughput inference, response caching, and request batching.
  • Define centrally enforced security, governance, observability, identity, guardrails, and FinOps controls for AI systems.
  • Establish system evaluation and OpenTelemetry-based observability frameworks.
  • Maintain enterprise AI reference architectures, reusable design patterns, and approved software-component libraries.
  • Build proof-of-concept prototypes and foundational software components, produce architecture artifacts and ADRs, mentor engineering teams, and research emerging AI technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years designing and deploying enterprise-grade advanced AI solutions using agentic, generative, and classical AI/ML with at least one cloud vendor.
  • At least 2 years of experience in agentic, LLM, and generative AI.
  • At least 4 years of Python coding experience.
  • At least 2 years architecting and operationalizing LLM-driven application architecture patterns.
  • At least 4 years coding engineering, machine learning, deep learning, and NLP solutions and applications.
  • At least 4 years as an industry machine learning architect designing big-data, machine-learning, and large-scale analytical engineering solutions.
