Base Salary
$60k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct performance engineering for enterprise-scale applications to improve responsiveness and reliability.
- Use Dynatrace and Splunk to monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot distributed-system performance issues.
- Drive automation for performance testing, monitoring, and deployment processes.
- Integrate performance validation into automated build and release cycles.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and stakeholder reporting.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements to application scalability and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead performance engineering initiatives across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in performance engineering and enterprise automation.
- Hands-on expertise with Dynatrace, Splunk, and CI/CD tools.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
