Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and reusable test assets for enterprise applications.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios covering functional and non-functional requirements.
- Validate complex integration workflows across cloud-native and hybrid application architectures deployed on AWS.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and user acceptance testing.
- Integrate automated testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery and release quality.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects while partnering with development teams on resolution and validation.
- Participate in architecture reviews, design discussions, and code reviews to promote testability and quality.
- Monitor test execution results, quality metrics, and defect trends and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Improve quality engineering tools, processes, standards, and practices.
- Mentor junior quality engineers and support organization-wide quality engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in Software Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or Software Development Engineer in Test roles.
- Experience designing and implementing automated testing solutions with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, NUnit, Postman, or JMeter.
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Hands-on experience developing automation solutions using TypeScript, Kafka, and AWS-hosted applications.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments and integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and continuous-improvement skills.
- Preferred experience with API testing, SQL database validation, PostgreSQL, database testing, performance testing, and security testing.
- Preferred experience testing large-scale enterprise applications with complex integrations and mission-critical availability, scalability, and compliance requirements.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

- Base salary range is $91,400.00-$152,400.00.
