Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, write, maintain, and improve automated test suites and testing frameworks.
- Create manual test cases for features requiring hands-on validation.
- Lead or support unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Participate in requirements refinement to clarify acceptance criteria, identify edge cases, and improve testability.
- Debug build failures, triage defects, and perform root-cause analysis across non-production and production environments.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support release-readiness and test-coverage decisions.
- Define automation standards, maintain quality documentation, and recommend improvements based on emerging QA technologies.
- Review junior team members’ work and collaborate with development, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of technical experience in software development and/or quality assurance.
- Experience with C#, Java, Selenium, API testing, Playwright, or comparable technologies.
- Experience with Windows and Unix-based systems.
- Experience with test automation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- A bachelor’s degree, Agile methodology experience, and exposure to AI are preferred.
