Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Designs, builds, maintains, and improves automated testing frameworks.
- Leads or performs system analysis, programming, technical support, and software delivery activities.
- Develops, tests, reviews, debugs, and troubleshoots applications and automation scripts.
- Integrates automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and supports release readiness and test coverage expectations.
- Leads unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for software reliability, security, and performance.
- Reviews work from less experienced team members and may lead critical tasks, deliverables, and cross-functional discussions.
- Defines and documents automation, departmental, and corporate standards.
- Creates technical documentation and recommends improvements based on emerging QA technologies and industry trends.
- Participates in product architecture discussions and promotes test-driven development and long-term maintainability.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of technical experience in software development and/or quality assurance, including C#, Java, or Selenium.
- Experience with test automation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Agile Methodology experience is preferred.
- Exposure to AI is preferred.
