Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and improve automated testing frameworks.
- Create automated tests, test plans, and detailed test cases using QA methodologies.
- Lead or contribute to unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for software reliability, security, and performance.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support release-readiness and test-coverage decisions.
- Review code and automation work, including work by less experienced team members.
- Troubleshoot complex application, environment, and automation-script issues.
- Define automation standards, produce technical documentation, and recommend process improvements.
- Provide technical support for applications throughout their lifecycle and collaborate with QA, development, and DevOps teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of technical experience in software development and/or quality assurance.
- Experience with C#, Java, Selenium, and test automation tools.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and QA methodologies, including designing test plans and test cases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- A bachelor’s degree, Agile methodology experience, and exposure to AI are preferred qualifications.
