Responsibilities
- Analyze application systems and code to identify enhancements, vulnerabilities, and security issues.
- Design, implement, install, and support application programming solutions.
- Conduct application testing and debugging.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups to resolve issues and recommend solutions.
- Advise or coach new and lower-level analysts.
- Assess risks, maintain compliance, and escalate or report control issues appropriately.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
- Intermediate-level experience in applications development.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or changing requirements.
