Responsibilities
- Identify technology and process improvements that drive customer business outcomes.
- Conduct deep-dive audits of client finance workflows to identify friction points and bottlenecks.
- Design and execute adoption playbooks to increase user engagement with the AI platform.
- Lead monthly operational committee meetings with client subject matter experts.
- Prepare executives for steering committees with data-driven value narratives.
- Prioritize client requests and technical enhancements using value-versus-complexity analysis.
- Align client needs with the core product roadmap and prevent scope creep.
- Coordinate Product, Engineering, and Consulting resources to resolve high-impact escalations.
- Lead critical-issue war rooms, own resolution timelines, and develop post-mortem strategies.
- Advise finance directors, managers, and subject matter experts while designing and reconfiguring agents.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in data science or client management.
- Target academic backgrounds include Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Management Information Systems.
- Ability to lead client meetings with finance directors, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Strong data analysis, business acumen, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to design and reconfigure agents to deliver customer value.
- Strong ownership, bias for action, and comfort working in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
