Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI-driven solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI to address business challenges and automate enterprise processes.
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Facilitate solution design and integration across enterprise technology ecosystems, AI models, and multi-provider platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across critical business-system components.
- Perform proactive application monitoring and maintenance to support reliability and performance.
- Document solutions, share knowledge, and contribute to application-support best practices.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand needs and provide timely issue-resolution updates.
- Participate in team discussions, contribute solutions to work-related problems, and operate independently as a subject-matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while supporting scalability, responsible use, and measurable value.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Experience with incident management and service-request fulfillment processes.
- Understanding of software development life-cycle methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service management practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
