Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI to address business challenges and automate processes.
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Design integrations between enterprise technology ecosystems, AI models, and multi-provider platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents across critical business systems.
- Perform proactive application monitoring and maintenance to support reliability and performance.
- Support incident management, service request fulfillment, and application support best practices.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand needs and provide updates on issue resolution.
- Document solutions, share knowledge, and contribute to team discussions and problem solving.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Experience aligning AI capabilities with business objectives while considering scalability and responsible use.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment processes.
- Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service management practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
