Responsibilities
- Own detection & response end to end across corporate, cloud, and factory environments.
- Design and build an AI-native detection and response stack.
- Lead incident response from triage through containment and remediation.
- Set technical direction for a small detection & response team.
- Mentor engineers and enhance detections, playbooks, and tooling.
- Partner with IT, infrastructure, and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of security engineering experience with expertise in detection & response.
- Strong software engineering skills with fluency in detection-as-code and infrastructure-as-code.
- Proven track record of setting technical direction as a tech lead or senior IC.
- Experience applying AI/LLM tooling to security workflows.
- Demonstrated experience leading incident response in production environments.
