Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Configure and improve ServiceNow solutions, including Governance, Risk, and Compliance modules where applicable.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Support integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and tools.
- Follow development and testing best practices.
- Provide technical support during deployment and post-implementation stages.
- Keep current with ServiceNow updates and technologies and grow expertise in GRC.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and other relevant web technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow GRC modules is preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is highly desirable.
- Understanding of Malaysian financial-services compliance and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and guide or motivate others.
