Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Aura Components, Apex, and Lightning technologies.
- Build reusable, scalable components aligned with business requirements.
- Design and implement customizations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Develop and support integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs.
- Perform code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support application enhancements.
- Create and maintain technical design and deployment documentation.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience and the stated minimum IT experience requirement.
- Strong experience with Salesforce development and Aura Components.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations, Salesforce security and sharing models, Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder-influence, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Salesforce Platform Developer II and Salesforce Administrator certifications are preferred.
