Responsibilities
- Write, test, debug, troubleshoot, and maintain efficient, scalable software.
- Lead technical discussions and propose solutions that improve team performance and support company objectives.
- Independently complete medium-sized projects or components from start to finish.
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive constructive technical and process changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to communicate technical concepts.
- Share knowledge and best practices with teammates and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 7 years of hands-on software engineering experience, primarily focused on backend development.
- Experience with Node.js, Docker, cloud services, CI/CD tools, subscription technologies, TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.
- Experience with WebSockets and Pub/Sub technologies.
- Strong understanding of code architecture, design principles, problem-solving, communication, and analytical thinking.
- Preferred experience with Svelte, SvelteKit, server-side rendering frameworks, React, Next.js, Vue, Nuxt, Quasar, JavaScript fundamentals, and Storybook.
