Responsibilities
- Build full-stack features using React, Redux, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
- Refactor complex monolithic systems and modernize them with distributed system architectures on AWS.
- Research, prototype, and adopt AI-assisted development tools and automated agents.
- Build and implement AI tools in production that deliver value to customers and the business.
- Lead cross-team initiatives, align stakeholders, and influence engineering direction.
- Build SDKs and internal libraries that enable other teams to integrate with products.
- Participate in an on-call roster and incident response to support product reliability.
- Mentor and coach teammates while constructively challenging system designs.
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, React, and SQL Server data modeling.
- Proven experience architecting, implementing, and refactoring distributed systems using REST APIs on AWS.
- Proven experience building and implementing AI tools in production environments.
- Experience with automated tooling, CI/CD concepts, and test-driven development principles.
- Ability to use artificial intelligence to redesign workflows and create automated agents.
- Experience building SDKs and internal libraries is highly regarded.
