Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain platform products, internal tools, shared services, APIs, integrations, and automation components.
  • Build frontend applications including developer portals, administrative consoles, operational dashboards, and self-service workflows.
  • Develop reusable libraries, components, templates, standards, and patterns for shared engineering capabilities.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, build and release processes, deployment automation, and software delivery tooling.
  • Implement automated testing, quality controls, observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, troubleshooting, and operational health improvements.
  • Participate in incident triage, problem management, release and change support, production issue resolution, code reviews, documentation, and agile delivery activities.
  • Collaborate with architects, technical stakeholders, security, risk, governance, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams on scalable and secure solutions.
  • Identify technical risks, reduce technical debt, improve reliability, strengthen developer experience, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical software engineering experience.
  • Strong commercial full-stack software engineering experience across backend, frontend, and mobile development.
  • Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
  • Strong experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
  • Solid mobile development capability using Swift and Kotlin.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL and/or Oracle.
  • Hands-on enterprise experience with Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift.
  • Experience with Git-based CI/CD pipelines, ideally GitLab, and Maven or Gradle.
  • Understanding of automated testing using tools such as JUnit and Playwright.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, or Elasticsearch.
  • Understanding of secure software development and authentication patterns such as OAuth2, OIDC, and JWT.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery teams using Jira and Confluence.
  • Preferred experience includes integration and middleware technologies, cloud and data platforms, platform and DevOps tooling, persistence and data tooling, additional programming and infrastructure technologies, observability tooling, AI-assisted engineering tools, and financial services or wealth platforms.
  • Relevant certifications in cloud platforms, software engineering, DevOps, Agile, security, or container technologies are highly regarded.
