Responsibilities

Design, build, maintain, and optimize enterprise backend applications using Java 7 and Java 8.
Participate in requirements analysis, low-level technical design, architecture discussions, development, unit testing, integration testing, bug fixing, releases, and rollout support.
Develop and optimize integrations with Oracle and Progress databases, including query performance tuning.
Manage database schema changes and deployment processes using Liquibase.
Support application deployment and operations in AWS environments.
Integrate applications, APIs, and backend services within complex enterprise ecosystems.
Analyze and resolve complex application and database issues while promoting code quality and best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and developers in cross-functional teams.

At least 5 years of experience developing and maintaining enterprise applications with Java 7 and Java 8.
Frontend development experience with JavaScript and JSP.
Strong expertise with Oracle and Progress databases, including query optimization and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with Liquibase for database version control and deployment management.
Knowledge of cloud environments and application deployment on AWS.
Understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and application architecture best practices.
Experience integrating applications, APIs, and backend services.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Oil & Gas Upstream processes and business domains is preferred.
Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency.
